Due to continuing threats of mosquito-borne diseases, people in urban and rural areas look for quick and affordable solutions to protect themselves. That is when spurious and illegal players emerge, manufacturing and selling all kinds of mosquito repellents including incense sticks (agarbattis), which at times even have toxic ingredients like pesticides and other harmful chemicals. To overcome this problem, Godrej wanted to create awareness platform to educate the callers about good hygiene and English learning.

The rural marketing structure is not uniform in all parts of the country. The type of structure prevalent in a particular State or Region depends on various factors like the state of development of agriculture, condition of transport and communication facilities, purchasing power of population, etc.
CIL planned a unique platform according to the needs and requirements of the people living in the target markets of UP & Bihar Leg over. We integrated an offline educational platform, Pathshala for English Learning. In order to increase brand awareness, we ensured to subtly promote the brand through this platform. It was a unique Voice Recognition Platform which included Multi profiled database for UP & Bihar. CIL deployed a voice integrated IVRS solution for this requirement and simultaneously offered in-depth analysis & multi-functional online dashboard.
Godrej Pathshala comprised of multiple platforms under single system. The different legs of this platform were:
A scholarship program that allows children to participate under quiz and offer scholarship worth 1 lac
Voice Recognition platform which offers English learning experience to users over a call
Recording mechanism which allows children to record their question/query via recording and receive answer via SMS
First ever Voice Recognition based English learning platform “Godrej Fastcard ki Pathshala” which received multiple awards in addition to thousands of participants learning different modules of English to improve their English Language.
