About Ford EcoSport
The Ford EcoSport is a subcompact crossover SUV featuring a whole new perspective — the ease of technology, superior comfort, and technologically enriched for a greener tomorrow. Ford India was looking for a unique concept that had never been tried before, due to corporate scheduling constraints. Their goal was developing an innovative approach to encourage test drives from remote locations without requiring customers to visit dealerships.

CIL's Solution
CIL deployed an Interactive Voice Response platform enabling users to interact via voice and DTMF tones input via a keypad. Users could experience a 360° check of the SUV, start driving, and use right – left – reverse commands, start music & lights etc. CIL designed interactive webpages with voice recognition algorithms and managed campaign reporting end-to-end.
Outcome
The campaign was registered in Google's global directory as a special recognition — generating significant response as the inaugural voice recognition-based automotive promotional effort in India.
