About the Campaign
CRM Health partnered with CIL's AugmentR platform to transform conventional healthcare communication into an interactive Augmented Reality experience. By converting static posters and personalized Medical Representative Visiting Cards into AR-enabled touchpoints, the campaign extended patient and healthcare professional engagement beyond traditional print.

The campaign aimed to transform static CRM Health posters into interactive patient education experiences, enhance engagement with healthcare awareness content, and extend communication beyond traditional print. It also focused on measuring campaign performance through real-time analytics to generate actionable insights.
CIL's Solution
Using the AugmentR platform, CIL developed an immersive WebAR experience for the CRM Health campaign. The solution included 300 personalized AR-enabled Visiting Cards for Medical Representatives, enabling instant access to interactive healthcare content through a simple QR scan. The campaign also provided real-time analytics to monitor user interactions, engagement time, and overall campaign performance — without requiring users to download an app.
Outcome
The campaign successfully transformed conventional healthcare communication into an interactive digital experience, generating 1,300+ scans during the launch period with an average engagement time of approximately 40 seconds. The deployment of 300 personalized AR-enabled Visiting Cards further strengthened engagement between Medical Representatives and healthcare professionals.
