About the Campaign
During the COVID-19 lockdown, Milk was marked as an essential service and exempted from the restrictions imposed by Central Govt. of India. Banas Dairy, which is part of Amul, collects milk from its vendors placed in different parts of Gujarat. These milk vendors needed to be well aware of precautions and health measures to prevent COVID-19 infection. Vendors lacked awareness, held misconceptions, feared business loss, and had security concerns that needed to be addressed directly and at scale.
Campaign's Objective
Banas Dairy wanted to touch base with these vendors to explain the scenario and take questions from them to provide correct information — making the Milk Collection and processing cycle as smooth as it should be.
