Campaign’s objective was to create a manifesto on the basis of Public Opinion and Suggestions. The initial aim was to collect 2Cr+ Suggestions from all over India. CIL used its advanced technology to setup most easy communication channel for citizens to convey their opinion.
CIL provided an interactive IVR Solution to record opinion of users. Users can give a missed call on mobile number 6357171717, after which they will be called back to record their suggestion or leave a recording of his/her expectation for Manifesto.
The campaign was launched in the selected multiplex movie theaters in Delhi to highlight night-vision feature of Nokia Lumia phone. In the campaign, the audience coming to watch the movie was engaged to highlight the phone feature. In the intermission time, one actor from the main screen who is stuck in a basement area gives a call randomly to one of audience.
Over the call, the actor clicks photo of dark basement from his Nokia Lumia Phone and ask for help by asking direction to move – left / right. As per the voice command from audience, the actor will go and finally comes out of basement by the help of user seating in multiplex.

Lifebuoy wanted to drive hand-hygiene behaviour change to reduce the incidence of illness and child deaths in rural India. Our data-led Infection Alert System proactively alerted consumers via mobile when they were most vulnerable to fatal diseases.

The campaign aimed at engaging its fan base with a brain teasing clues and hints with an integrated approach. With this, brand also intended to gratify the participants with Pepsi and IPL freebies such as Talktime, Pepsi T-Shirts and IPL tickets.

We generated over 300 Million unique codes which were published on PepsiCo products for consumer participation. Our Technical team also designed randomizer to declare winners for Talk Time, T-shirts, and IPL Match tickets winners.
The campaign’s objective was connecting audience with brand over mobile and social media by driving campaign around the brand tag line "Pagalpanti Bhi Jaruri Hai”
CIL was responsible to execute entire solution which included WhatsApp platform set up and SMS response integration on the same 10 digit number, facebook application development, including referral element to make the campaign viral, and integrating responses coming from all the channels to one single dashboard so that brand can view the responses coming through all the channels.
WhatsApp wanted to create awareness regarding the fake news spread across the country. It wanted to communicate the need of users to identify or how to identify whether the news forward it to them is fake news for its genuine.
For reaching out to mass audience, WhatsApp used CIL’s vast database. They reached out to the target audience through voice calls in order to create awareness regarding the fake news spread.
